Son of ‘El Chapo’ pleads guilty to U.S. drug trafficking charges

Joaquín Guzmán López, the son of Mexican drug kingpin “El Chapo,” pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges after entering a plea deal. He was arrested in 2024 after landing in the U.S. on a private plane.
