The judge in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial in Massachusetts said he is going to declare a mistrial. However, a mistrial has still not been formally declared while the judge allowed a one-hour stay as the jury remained deadlocked. Clancy’s lawyer said he wanted to appeal to a higher court.
